I found the hotel to be a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, facing the street with interesting Art Deco buildings. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was a bit of a wait during check-in. The location was convenient, near great restaurants and unique shops, which was especially helpful for us attending a convention nearby. I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were bright and faced the street with palm trees and interesting Art Deco buildings. They were large enough with comfortable beds. However, the need to scan the room key every time I went up was a bit inconvenient. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.
